Location was excellent! Close enough to town but peaceful, and the breakfast terrace offered nice balloon views. Clean and well-furnished room added to my comfortable stay.

Customer service was lacking at times, and I observed some noise disturbances which detracted from relaxation .

The Superior Double Room was super comfy! It was spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the high water pressure in the shower. Waking up to the view of hot air balloons right outside was such a treat every morning. The rooftop breakfast area was amazing too, with a great selection and just a fine view. Only downside was the limited furniture in the room, could've used a little more seating.

Had a magical two nights with amazing balloon views right from my room! The hotel is great location, and the terrace mornings felt enchanting. The team were pretty good, arranged an lovely hot air balloon tour for us.

But oh dear, if I had a dime for every time I nearly twirled off the terrace in excitement, only to be halted by an unremarkable bathroom smell! And let's just say my room lacked a bit of pizzazz.
